1. Our first service is a Grant Funding Search: We search and develop a list of potential funding resources for a fee of $75.00 dollars per hour. The client can set a "not-to-exceed" amount. We also compose letters of inquiry for the same hourly rate.
2. Our second service is Grant Proposal Development: Our Company will write and develop grants. The service includes consulting, utilizing needs assessments, and brainstorming workable solutions, as well as cultivating goals and objectives. We draft an evaluation plan, prepare documents for submission, proof read, and submit to the funding source and follow-up. If applying for foundation, or corporation grants, the fees range from $1000 dollars to $3000 dollars. If applying for State and Federal grants, the fees begin at $3000 dollars and range to $8000 dollars, depending on the length and complexity of the document. If your organization needs quarterly billing, this can be arranged. We also work off a deposit. We do not work on contingency or for commission!
3. Our third service is Grant Research: If your organization has a proposal, but no funding source, our company will locate new sources. For the same $75.00 dollar per hour fee, we re-write the proposal to fit the new guidelines and re-submit to the new source.
4. Our fourth service is Grant Proposal Review: If your organization wants a completed proposal evaluated prior to submission to the funding source, our company can help. We proofread it making sure it matches the Request for Proposal and funding guidelines. We score the proposal, identify weaknesses and make suggestions. The fee is $500 dollars to $1500 dollars depending on the complexity.
5. The fifth service is Grant Proposal Evaluation: If your organization wrote a proposal and requires a professional evaluation, we create the appraisal section of the proposal. For a fee of $3000 to $6000 dollars, we conduct a professional evaluation providing a summative and/or formative expression of the data.
6. Business and Marketing Plan Assistance and Development (flagship product) -This function provides a written guide to starting and running the client’s business successfully. BCIG will help the emerging company plan, that will encourage their loan applications, promote their business growth, and provide a map for their company to follow. Through several conversations with our client BCIG will help the emerging business/company develop a business plan that precisely defines their business, identifies their goals, which serves as their firm’s resume. More importantly, we will communicate to the client that a good business plan helps allocate resources properly, handle unforeseen complications, and make good business decisions. As it provides specific and organized information about their new/emerging company and how they will repay borrowed money, for example. We will also inform our new client that a good business plan is a crucial part of any loan application. Additionally, it informs sales personnel, suppliers, and others about your operations and goals.
